Abstract: |
The challenge brought by China’s the accession to the WTO to the government is much bigger than to the enterprises. The governments at all levels should adapt to the requirements of the WTO, transform the government functions and boost the rule of administrative law. To establish the rule of administrative law, transformation of government functions is the premise; regulate the ways to administer and enhance the policy-making level are the guarantee; strengthen the consciousness of rule of law is the important basis; boost the openness of administration and increase the transparency are significant principles. |
