When the plaintiff worked for the third party, the Maipu Company, he learnt business secrets of the said company. After he left, he utilized the information to start new business. The third party reported to the defendant. After the investigation, the defendant decided that the plaintiff violated the Law of Anti-Unfair Completion of he PRC and imposed the administrative penalties on the plaintiff (decision at issue). |
