Abstract: |
Analysis has been done on the basic subject of three rules in the framework of WTO regulations such as non-discrimination, transparency, and obligation to inform. Analysis has also been done on the influence that these three rules have on the legislation of administrative procedural law of China. It is believed that China’s accession to the WTO not only directly gave rise to the development and changes in the norms of the relevant domestic administrative procedural laws but also formed a promoting force for the administrative organs of China to fully and comprehensively observe the requirements of rule of law. |
