Abstract: |
Advantages brought by China’s accession to the WTO overwhelm the disadvantages. China’s accession to the WTO is an effective way to establish a mature legal system for market economy, and quicken as well as enhance the speed and quality of economic and social development. Current economic legal system leaves a lot to be desired. To make it in keeping with the rules of international trade, we should further deepen the theory of economic legal system and improve the relevant laws. To make economic development suitable for rule of law is the key to guarantee the healthy and quick development of Chinese economy after China’s accession to the WTO |
