Abstract: |
The biggest challenge brought by the Accession to the WTO is the challenge to the government. In order to implement the WTO rules in China, we should reform the current administrative system and establish a government by rule of law. Specifically, we should modernize the ideology of rule of administrative law, legalize government functions and administrations, and enlarge the scope of judicial review. |
