Abstract: |
The aim of the WTO is to realize the leberalization of international trade by gradually reducing and eliminating trade barriers like tariff barrier, quantitative restrictions, etc., established by the member countries to protect their domestic industry. One fundamental function of the WTO is to restrict the member countries to be unified, fair and proper application of domestic measures within the WTO agreement and under the international supervision. The legal obligations under the WTO are actualized mostly through the domestic measures of member countries. This essentially depends on that the member countries revise the domestic legislation, implement the transparency principle and grarantee the unification of implementation. |
