Abstract: |
In March 2001, Law of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese and Foreign Equity Joint Ventures (revised version) was enacted. It revised the articles not in compliance with market economy and international practice. However, the reversion is not thorough. This paper begins with relevant rules under the WTO. It identifies the problems with China’s foreign-capital law, trying to put forward the suggestions in respect of legislative authority, strengthening transparency of law, being in keeping with international practice and making the uniform foreign-investment law. |
