Abstract: |
The enterprise at issue was a co-operative joint venture established by the plaintiff and a Chinese party. The defendant found that the plaintiff failed to implement the obligation of making investment while the Chinese party failed to get a new partner within due period. The defendant thus made an official and written decision, i.e., the “Pi Fu”, to disband the partnership enterprise at issue. The plaintiff sued. |
