Abstract: |
After China’s entry into the WTO, the problems with China’s policy-making system would be more striking, such as the policy risks, policy costs, establishment of policy-made system, the qualification and ideology of decision-making people, etc. Only after we are aware of the problems, can we figure out the ways to resolve them. We should change our ideology, make more efforts, improve the quality of policy-making personnel, optimize the setup of policy-making system and enhance the all-around capability of policy-making system. |
