| Abstract: |
This article discusses the enactment of investment law during the period of transformation of China’s planned economy into market-oriented economy. It is argued that the rules of investment by man shall be changed to rules by law, and the domination by the government shall be changed into the domination by market. Therefore, a new set of investment decision-making process and mechanism shall be established so as to improve the transparency of investment decision-making process. |
