Abstract: |
Under the economic globalization, Chinese government will face great challenges after China’s entry into the WTO. Meanwhile, it indicates that the peak of legal reforms is approaching. Laws, regulations and rules we have used will be changed accordingly. Chinese government should be the center of administration and service instead of control and approval so as to rise to the challenges with new measures. |
