Abstract: |
After China’s entry into the WTO, economic development and social management face a series of challenges. The biggest challenge is the change of the government functions. This article stresses the importance of transforming the government functions in China. It points out that in so doing, the first thing is to change the administrative approval system through the legislation. Besides, the following principles shall be abided by: norms, efficiency, service and transparency. |
