This article introduces the finance-related contents under the WTO. After China enters into the WTO, foreign-capital banks may come into China, which will have impacts on and bring challenges to State-owned commercial banks. Meanwhile, opportunities coexist. The author analyzes how State-owned commercial banks would be benefited if these opportunities were utilized well, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to rise to the challenges. |
