Abstract: |
Application for judicial review of certain decisions of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC). Having achieved limited intervener status, the CHRC was represented at the hearing by its counsel. The named respondent, Femmes Action, was not represented at the hearing. According to Bell Canada’s application record, the applicant moves for an order in the nature of certiorari quashing the decision of the [CHRC] dated May 27, 1996 to request the President of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to name a single Human Rights Tribunal to inquire into the complaints by the respondents against the applicant in the Commission’s files X-00344, X-00372, X-00417, X-00455, X-00456, X-00460 and X-00469. This decision, for which no reasons were given, was communicated to the applicant on May 30, 1996. |
