Accession to the WTO brings opportunities to the development of Chinese economy. However, there are many problems with law of Chinese foreign-investment. They have had negative impacts on our economic development. Hence, it is really urgent for us to solve these problems and create a better environment of investment so as to guarantee the healthy and high-speed development of our economy. |
