By 2010, China has fulfilled all its commitments of accession to the WTO. Professor He Wenwei, the director of China-US Economic and Trade Research Center of Foreign Economic and Trade University, stated in an interview that China should actively participate in rules making in the WTO after fulfilled all the commitments.
