Abstract: |
The four defendants had been employees of the plaintiff, and they had signed two-year labor contracts with the factory. When their contract expired, the factory did not renew the contracts, nor did it terminate the contract and the employment relationships. The four workers still worked for the factory. One year later, the factory informed the four workers that their labor contract relationship should be terminated. The four workers applied for arbitration. Yichang Dispute Arbitration Committee concluded that the factory should sign two-year to seven-year labor contracts with them. The factory was not satisfactory on the conclusion and sued. |
