Abstract: |
Estate developing businessman Li, Yu and Sheng planned to build a 6-storey building. Xi, a private constructing individual who had no capacity to build 6-storey building, wanted to construct the building so he asked the Liusheng Constructing Company to help him. Liusheng Constructing Company signed the contract with Li, Yu and Sheng, while Xi was the actual constructor. The plaintiff worked in Xi’s building site and was injured by the windlass with left leg cut. |
