The article sets out the legal obligations imposed by the transparency principle on the WTO member countries. In contrast with the requirements of transparency principle, China still has a long way to go. The author advances the suggestions as to how to enhance the transparency in China: first, guarantee the transparency through the legislations; second, improve the technical conditions of policy transfer and regulations transfer; third, Chinese enterprises shall utilize the transparency mechanism to better business decision-making. |
