Abstract: |
Tan Yahui was an employee of Lihe Auto Repair Factory. On June 13, 2002, a high voltage electrical wire was broken and dropped on a tank truck parking in the factory. The truck caught fire where there was a gas station close by. Tan yahui went to pull the wire off the truck but was hit by the electricity. He was badly injured and was authenticated as 9-degree disabled. Since the factory would not pay him the medical expenses, he had to go to the court. |
