International Workshop on “WTO & Reforms of Chinese Administrative Law” was held from July 27 to 29, 2001. Attendants came from the US, France, the UK and China. The workshop had deep and heated discussion of the following topics: first, the requirements of transparency under the WTO on government; second, the requirements of notification under the WTO; third, the WTO and the reforms of Chinese administrative law; fourth, the influences of WTO on the administrative law of other countries. |
