Abstract: |
Dr. Kotze was well aware he would have to write the LMCC exams if he wanted to stay beyond the five years granted him by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba’s temporary licence. Because he is close to retirement, though, he said he didn’t want to go through the stress of writing the exams. |
