| Abstract: |
The third party applied to Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau for the change of shareholder registration with the plaintiff as the shareholder. The application had been approved. Later, Guangzhou Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau found that the application materials were false and thus issued a decision of administrative penalties to the third party, according to which the approval for the application for the change of shareholder registration shall be cancelled and the third party got fined. |
