Abstract: |
The complainants contend that the Czech laws discriminate against them in contradiction to S. 26 of the Covenant. Their properties were taken at the time of the Second World War, and they allege that they should have been returned as was property to Check Citizens. They contend that the law discriminates against them on the ground of resident status, as their other citizenships prevent them from restitution of their property. |
