| Abstract: |
Since 1999, E-government has been unfolded in Beijing. It indicates the start of E-government in China. This article puts forward the suggestions on how to establish E-government: first, base ourselves on China’s reality to work out a proper E-government project; second, set up a series of systems for government to issue and handle information; third, resolve the problems related with internet security; fourth, gradually establish E-government; fifth, enhance administrative efficiency of E-government; sixth, enhance the quality of civil servants. |
