Abstract: |
In recent years, the themes behind the development of China’s securities market have been to improve the market itself on which the securities market relies, create the financial system suitable for the development of socialist market economy. First, the way to further reform the securities market and to return its original status quo; second, pursue justness and transparency, and enhance the level of rule of law of this market, and establish a legal environment restricting both of supervisees and supervisory authorities; third, the institutional investors shall put their emphasis on the non-banking institutions and non-financial institutions instead of funds themselves; fourth, the government shall respect the market rules and rely on the market mechanism to develop the investment system. |
