A complaint was received from Chinese polyvinyl chloride industry in 2002, against the product imported from said countries. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by the unusually low price of imports. The preliminary determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and decision of anti-dumping provisional measure. |
