Abstract: |
The principle of transparency requires China to practice governmental affairs information open and establish the relevant laws and regulations. After China’s entry into the WTO, in view of the present situation and problems which exist in the traditional ideology thoughts, subject, legal system, rights and obligations in making governmental affairs information known to the public in China, the most effective way to realize the principle of transparency is to draw lessons from the experience of practicing governmental affairs information open in foreign countries, and enact “Law of Making Information Known to the Public” in China. |
