China has lagged far behind developed countries in terms of the legislation of openness of governmental information. Especially, there is lack of legislation as to registration information of enterprises, which causes the low efficiency of Chinese business transaction. Registration information of enterprises should be publicly accessible; the contents of registration information should be legally valid. These can reduce the costs of social transaction. |
