Gao Ning was an employee of the factory. The two parties didn’t sign any labor contract. In August 1993, he was informed to wait new arrangement in work position. Since then he was never able to go back work again and had no salary at all. He applied for labor arbitration in 2002 and his application was rejected. Gao Ning sued to the court. |
