Lu Xuetang worked for Yin. He was injured during his work. Jiaozuo Labor Authentication Committee authenticated tha the is 9-degree diable. Yin refused to pay medicine fee for Lu. Then Lu applied labor arbitration. Jiaozuo Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee decided that Yin should pay Lu medicine fee. In Nov. 20, 2002, Lu applied arbitration again, claiming that Yin should pay him second term medicine fee. |
