Abstract: |
The research on basic theories of economic law is restricted to the traditional planned economic system in current academic circles. Besides, research methodologies are too simple and machinery. Rethinking the similar principles, we should draw “intervening economy theory”, “interactive check and balance of intervening market by the state”, “dynamic competition perspectives” and other relevant new theory and thinking way in the “competitive mode theory”. Based on these, the article redefines the basic principles of economic law after China’s entry into the WTO as follows: the principle of moderate interference; principle of effective, fair and dynamic competition. |
