As a member of the WTO, China shall fulfill the obligations while enjoying the rights. In terms of legislation of administrative law, legislation and enactment in relation to trade shall be in keeping with the rules of WTO. This paper introduces the new requirements imposed by the WTO on China and then advances the countermeasures. |
