| Abstract: |
On 27 June 1987, the plaintiff purchased a house and got the certificate of the title. The defendant re-examine the ownership of the house on 17 Nov 1997 and found that the plaintiff did not provide the legal proof of purchasing the house and the procedures of registration were defective. The defendant rescinded the plaintiff’s certificate of the title. The plaintiff sued on the basis that the purchase was legal and the defendant failed to inform her of the rights to appeal and statement when the administrative decision was made. |
