Abstract: |
The defendant found that the plaintiff, without the taxi driver license, provided the taxi service for a customer on 26 August 1999 and then suspended his car. When the plaintiff refused, the car was suspended by force. The plaintiff applied to the Beijing Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau for administrative reconsideration. The suspension decision of the defendant was maintained. The plaintiff sued on the basis that the defendant violated the legal procedures for the failure to show proof of service and suspension. |
