As a successful Chinese enterpriser, Ming Huang indicated that the severe situation of anti-dumping against Chinese exports was partly caused by its economic market disorder. Hense, there is an urgent need to have its developed legal system of anti-dumping law, anti-monopoly law, and personal insolvency law. |
