Abstract: |
Jin Qiang signed a one-year labor contract with the company in May 2000. According to the contract, Jin Qiang worked as a salesman with no regular working hours. The two parties renewed their contract in the following two years. After some conflicts with his manager, Jin Qiang applied for arbitration in September 2002. The Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee rejected his application. Jin Qiang went to the court, claiming that his employer infringed his rights. |
