Abstract: |
This article analyzes the rights and obligations of China after China enters into the WTO and in order to be a WTO member, which kind of legal procedures China needs to go through. The author argues against the statement that China’s economic security will be threatened after the entrance into the WTO. It is also emphasized that China shall attach much importance to the strategies when it comes to the negotiations between China and many other WTO members. Besides, the article talks about what if China as well as Taiwan would be both of WTO members. Finally, it is suggested that the laws of China should be improved so as to adapt to the requirements of the WTO. |
