Abstract: |
The plaintiff worked as a temporary employee for the defendant since 1994. Their labor contract was renewed every year. The defendant didn’t renew their contract in 2001, but the plaintiff carried on his duty as usual. After a security accident, the plaintiff applied to quit the job in August 2001. The defendant accepted his application and only gave him one-month salary as a remedy. |
