Abstract: |
Meng signed a five-year labor contract with the textile mill in 1997. Meng applied to quit the job in July 2000 and was accepted by the mill. The mill made a decision to fire her and didn’t deliver the decision to Meng. Meng got the unemployment insurance compensation from September 2000. In November 2001, Meng found the decision in her file and sued. |
