A complaint was received by MFTEC from Chinese domestic newsprint paper manufacturers in 1997, against the like product imported from the U.S., Canada and Korea. The injury that the domestic industry suffered was caused by the uncommonly low price of imports. The final determination reported the investigation proceedings, fact identification, and final decision of anti-dumping duties. |
