Abstract: |
Wang Ping and other seven colleagues were employees of China Industrial and Commercial Bank Shiyan Branch Danjiangkou Department and worked for the employer for over 10 years. In the beginning, they were some kind of temporary workers, but in 1992, they all signed labor contracts with the bank. Their salary and treatments were unfair compared to other employees. In the end of May 2001, the bank informed them to sign one-year labor contracts with the bank and the salaries were as before. They applied for labor arbitration. Shiyan Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee decided that the bank should sign open contract with them and treat them as other employees. The bank sued to the Danjiangkou Court |
