Zhang worked for Liu in Liu’s boat. Zhang lit coal to keep warm in the boat cabin at night on March 12, 2000. Liu reminded him to take care and left the boat. Zhang was poisoned by carbon monoxide at midnight. Zhang asked Liu to pay him medical expense and disability remedy but was refused. |
