Abstract: |
The WTO requires that if there is conflict between its rules and the laws of members, the members should apply the rules under the WTO. There is still a long way for China to go in terms of the changes of government functions. Chinese government should have a clear understanding of the rules of WTO and act on the promises China has made during the negotiations to enter into the WTO so as to change the functions of Chinese government into economic adjustment, market supervision, social management and public service. |
