Abstract: |
Li Linzheng signed a five-year labor contract with Bank of China Tonglu Branch in September 1993. The trial term was six months. Later the bank knew that Li’s right kidney had been removed in an accident. The bank made a decision to rescind the contract. Li applied for arbitration.
