Abstract: |
The U.S. launched an investigation on concentrated apple juice imported from China in 1999 on the complaint of American industry. The article states the work done by the Chinese industry in answering to the charge, which convinced the Department of Commerce to expand the zero anti-dumping duty to five more Chinese manufacturers in their appeal. And it also analyzes some concerns and lessons from this matter. |
