Abstract: |
Zhang Dalong’s brother worked for Haerbing Glasses factory. He was on leave in the end of 1993 and Zhang Dalong asked to work for the factory as a subsititute. The director of the workshop accepted. Zhang Dalong then began his work from January 1994. In October 1995, he was injured in an accident in working and lost his right eye. The leader of the factory promised to pay him 30,000 yuan but never paid. He applied for labor arbitration but was rejected for expanding the time limit. He had to sue. |
