Sun Guojie was a contractual employee in the Qi County Reservoir Channel Administration Department. He was on leave from Feb. 9, 1997 to Jun. 13, 1999. In Jun. 16, 1999, the employer informed him to come to negotiate the labor relationship. Since he didn’t come, the defendant fired him. Sun Guojie appeared on Mar. 29, 2003 and asked for the working position. The employer rejected him. Sun Guojie issued the case to Qi County Labor Dispute Arbitration Committee. The arbitration committee decided to withdraw the employer’s decision. |
