Abstract: |
The restaurant employed Mr. Jin in 2001. He was appointed to design electric project for the restaurant. In June 2001, the employer asked him to design a new electric project for another hotel and promised to pay him when the first project was finished. When the first project was finished in May 2002, Jin didn’t get paid. He left the restaurant, together with him the drawing of the second design. The project of the hotel was forced to stop. The two parties terminated the employment relationship on June 1 2002. Jin applied for arbitration on July 30, 2002. |
