Miss Su was charged 600 yuan deposit when she applied for the job at the electrical company. One month after her employment, she found that it is illegal for the employer to charge deposits to its employees. She asked her company to return the depost bus was refused. The company declared that the deposit would be returned only after the labor contract expires. If Miss Su wanted the amout back, she would lose the job. Miss Su applied for arbitration. |
